SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

At Invicoros, all standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

Expedited orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Please note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, and shipping carriers may also not deliver during these periods.

 


 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

USA SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days

  • Priority 2–3 Day Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • 2nd Day Shipping: 2 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

2nd Day and Overnight shipping options are guaranteed within the promised timeframe, excluding weekends and holidays. If delivery exceeds the guaranteed timeframe, customers may be eligible for a refund of the shipping cost.

Please note that unexpected carrier delays may occur outside of our control. Invicoros is not liable for delays affecting Standard or Priority 2–3 Day shipping options.

 


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping options may vary depending on the destination country.

Available international shipping methods may include:

  • USPS First Class International: 7–21 business days


 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

USA SHIPPING RATES

  • FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100 after discounts

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate Standard Shipping of $7.99

  • Priority 2–3 Day Shipping: $15 flat rate

  • 2nd Day and Overnight rates are calculated at checkout

 


 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 


 

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfilment centre locations.

If applicable, tracking information will be provided for each shipment separately.

 


 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TARIFFS

USA ORDERS

No import tariffs or customs fees apply to U.S. orders, as all U.S. shipments are fulfilled through our domestic fulfilment centre.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Invicoros is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by local authorities.

If an international package is refused by the customer, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost.

 


 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Invicoros is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and cannot guarantee refunds or store credit for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 


 

DELIVERED PACKAGES

WITHOUT SHIPPING PROTECTION

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Invicoros is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

 


 

HOW TO SUBMIT A SHIPPING PROTECTION CLAIM

To submit a claim, please contact us at hello@invicoros.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

Claims are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.

A shipment may be considered lost if tracking has not updated for 14 consecutive days.

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement order

  • A refund

Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped or is in transit.

 


 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of every Invicoros product.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To begin a claim, please contact hello@invicoros.com with:

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Your order number

  • The product name or item number

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the defect prevents normal use

  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or damage after delivery are not covered

 


 

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe an item is missing or incorrect, please first verify whether your order was split into multiple shipments.

Any missing or incorrect item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, email hello@invicoros.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The name or item number of the missing/incorrect product

  • Photos of the packaging and packing slip received

Our team will investigate using shipment, packing, and carrier records.

Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for review or replacement.
