Invicoros is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, we are not obligated to resend the package at our expense.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Expedited orders placed after 2 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer.

Invicoros is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer unless Shipping Protection was purchased.

If Shipping Protection was purchased, approved claims for eligible lost or damaged shipments may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Claims must be submitted within the required timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and eligibility requirements are governed by our Returns Policy.
